Overview 18+ Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional outdoor maintenance and landscaping services. In this energetic role, you'll engage in a variety of tasks that keep outdoor spaces beautiful, functional, and thriving. Whether you're working on lawn care, landscape maintenance, or tree trimming, your contributions will help transform and maintain vibrant environments for our clients. This paid position offers hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and techniques, fostering growth and skill development in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure healthy, attractive turf. Assist with landscape maintenance projects such as planting, pruning, mulching, and garden bed upkeep. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators safely and effectively. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and health. Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency. Execute snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls with proper care and repairs. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction. Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance or horticulture. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other small machinery is a plus. Strong work ethic with the physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning is desirable. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards. Prior experience in landscaping or construction is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
