Job Description

Job description Randolph Golf Complex, located in Tucson, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Spray Technician! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$20 hourly
Position Overview:
Duties include but not limited to mix, prepare and apply chemical solutions (insecticides, herbicides, fungicides). The candidate will also keep up with pesticide and fertilizer inventory as well as keeping records of pesticide and fertilizer applications.
Requirements:
Have no problems wearing spray applicator suites, full face respirators, or chemical resistant apparel Able to lift 50 pounds Perform simple calculations Willing to learn Detail oriented Keep area neat and organized Have or willing to obtain Pesticide Applicators License within 60 days of employment Golf course application experience Able to calibrate and maintain spray equipment Responsible for 36 holes of golf
Job Description:
fertilizer and chemical applications Update spray records, inventory and MSDS sheets Calibrate spray equipment and fertilizer spreaders General upkeep and maintenance on spray equipment Over time be able to start diagnosing pest and fungus issues
