  • Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Crew Leader to oversee all WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) repairs, rodent exclusion, and insulation remediation projects.
You will manage a small field crew, ensure safe and high-quality repairs, maintain job documentation and expenses, and help keep our operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and professional standards.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead and perform termite/fungus damage repairs (framing, subfloors, fascia, trim, etc.
) Execute rodent exclusion repairs and install vent screens, flashing, and hardware cloth Remove pest-damaged insulation and install new insulation Service and maintain rodent traps and bait stations Safely clean and sanitize areas affected by animal feces or carcasses Supervise and train crew members; plan and delegate daily tasks Inspect completed work and enforce safety and quality standards Pick up materials, track expenses, and submit documentation promptly
  • Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in WDO/termite repairs or rodent exclusion Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience Strong carpentry or construction background Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas Valid California driver's license and clean driving record Professional, safety-focused, and reliable

This role involves providing exceptional pest control services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring their properties are free from pests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pest control, sales, and related fields such as landscaping or agriculture. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest control treatments using various methods and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of regular maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment details and client communications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for effective pest management. Drive to various job sites efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Construction background is preferred. Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous to effectively communicate service benefits to clients. Background in lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to pest management tasks. A valid driver's license is required for this position, along with a clean driving record.
