On-Site Spray Technician

Duties Safely operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spray equipment to apply treatments accurately on-site. Conduct thorough inspections of lawns, gardens, farms, or landscaping areas to determine treatment needs. Mix and prepare chemical solutions following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions. Drive company vehicles to various client locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards. Communicate with clients to explain services performed and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance. Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, equipment used, and site conditions for each job. Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spray equipment safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles preferred. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a professional appearance. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for recordkeeping and site assessments. Good communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members. Physical ability to stand, walk long distances, lift heavy equipment or supplies as needed.
