Responsibilities Safely operate spray equipment, including power tools to apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn treatments. Conduct thorough inspections of lawns to identify pest issues, weed growth, or other turf problems requiring treatment. Follow detailed application procedures and safety protocols to ensure effective results while protecting clients' property and the environment. Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including dates, products used, and amounts used. Drive company vehicles responsibly between job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines. Communicate professionally with clients about treatment plans and provide recommendations for ongoing lawn care maintenance.

Skills Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, pest control methods, and agricultural principles. Experience with sales or customer service to explain services and promote additional treatments. Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently during daily routes. Excellent attention to detail for precise application of chemicals and treatments. Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to lift 50lb when necessary. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with clients professionally.
