What You'll Do:

As a Lawn Technician, you will help maintain the health and appearance of residential and commercial properties by: Applying fertilizers, weed control products, and pest control treatments Diagnosing turf, tree, and shrub health issues Recommending solutions to improve landscape health and appearance Providing exceptional customer service Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain active throughout an 8-10-hour workday Comfortable working outdoors year-round Basic ability with smartphones and mobile apps Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Ability to successfully complete drug and background screenings No experience is necessary.
