Job Summary:
Grass On The Grow, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to provide professional lawn care, fertilization, weed control, pest management, and landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining healthy, attractive lawns and landscapes for residential and commercial clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lawn Care Maintenance. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn care products according to label instructions and company standards. Diagnose and identify lawn, weed, insect, and disease issues. Operate and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and other lawn care tools. Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommendations. Load, transport, and handle materials safely. Assist with shrub and ornamental plant treatments as needed. Follow all safety procedures and state regulations regarding pesticide applications. Keep company vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Perform additional landscaping and property maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Florida Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance (LCLM) License or ability to obtain preferred. Previous lawn care, landscaping, or pest control experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods. Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons.
