In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, landscapes, and hardscape features, ensuring every property looks pristine and inviting. Your mechanical knowledge and passion for gardening, landscape maintenance, and construction will help create stunning outdoor environments that clients love. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in lawn care, tree trimming, irrigation, snow plowing, and more while working with a dedicated team committed to excellence. Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain healthy and attractive lawns and gardens. Use hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators and tree care tools to execute maintenance tasks efficiently. Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, fertilizing, weed control, and soil preparation to promote lush growth. Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and plant health across various properties. Maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to enhance safety and landscape beauty. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture principles. Familiarity with construction practices related to hardscape installation or repair is a plus. Ability to operate machinery such as mowers, hand tools or other construction equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree trimming techniques, and general landscape maintenance is highly desirable. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces at their best.
