In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier lawn and landscape maintenance services, utilizing your expertise in horticulture, landscape care, and equipment operation. Your energetic approach will ensure each property exceeds client expectations, creating beautiful, sustainable environments that homeowners love. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to showcase your skills in lawn care, plant identification, irrigation systems, and more while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Perform comprehensive lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to maintain pristine turf conditions. Execute landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and installing or repairing hardscape features. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health; diagnose issues related to pests or disease. Manage irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to optimize water efficiency. Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively for various projects. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for residents and visitors. Assist with construction projects related to landscaping or hardscape installations while adhering to safety standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools. Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care techniques. Ability to identify plants accurately and diagnose horticultural issues promptly. Knowledge of pesticide management practices for safe application and environmental compliance. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects. Construction experience related to hardscape features like patios or walkways is a plus. Excellent understanding of tree care practices including trimming and health assessment. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
