Trad's Pest Control is seeking Lawn Care Technicians who enjoy hands-on problem solving, working outdoors, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities:
Apply lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest control. Inspect lawns and identify issues such as weeds, insects, or disease. Build positive relationships with customers. Educate customers on lawn care and prevention. Maintain accurate service records. Follow all safety and company guidelines. Uphold company values of excellence, integrity, and purpose.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license (minimum 3 years) with a safe driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to obtain required licensing through the Florida Department of Agriculture (FDACS). Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Customer service mindset and positive attitude. Experience is a plus, but not required.
