This energetic role involves performing a wide range of landscaping, groundskeeping, and property maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' properties are pristine and well-cared for. You'll have the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and landscaping expertise to deliver exceptional results. If you thrive in active environments and take pride in transforming outdoor spaces, this position is perfect for you! The position requires work to be performed 2-3 days per week, making this a great opportunity for part time work. Duties Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as mowers and power tools to maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and hardscape features. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, tree trimming, planting, and garden care to enhance property aesthetics. Conduct grounds maintenance activities like leaf pickup during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling equipment. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or horticulture is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, lawn care equipment and grounds maintenance machinery is essential. Familiarity with safety standards related to outdoor work. Experience with tree care including trimming and pruning techniques will be advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
