Our Technicians are the face of Deans - the trusted experts who keep our customers' lawns healthy and their homes comfortable. What You'll Do As a Lawn & Pest Technician, you'll visit residential properties to treat lawns, control weeds and pests, and help customers understand how to care for their lawn and home. You'll use professional equipment to apply products safely and accurately and recommend the best services to improve each property. Additional appointments are scheduled as needed to address new concerns on the customer's property. No experience? No problem - we provide full paid training to help you build your skills and confidence. Training & Pay Training lasts up to 12 weeks and pays $18-$20 per hour. Our typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, giving you weekends to recharge. After training, you'll transition into a commission-based position, where your hard work and dedication truly pay off.
