You will perform routine and detailed grounds-keeping tasks for commercial properties. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, lawn care, tree trimming, and hardscape installation will ensure that outdoor spaces are safe, vibrant, and inviting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors year-round, utilizing your skills to create stunning landscapes while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems with precision and safety awareness Safely load equipment, drive company trucks, and maintain tools Mix and safely apply herbicides and weed control treatments as needed Follow safety protocols rigorously during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment Work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions while maintaining a strong safety focus Experience Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance environments Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools operation Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture practices, pesticide management, and irrigation systems Ability to perform tree trimming, tree care, gardening tasks, and lawn care with skillful precision Knowledge of safety procedures related to equipment use and outdoor work environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Job Requirements Proven experience in general landscaping or lawn care Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Florida Herbicide / Pesticide Applicator License is preferred , but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and do physical work in the heat We value energetic team players who take pride in their craftsmanship while prioritizing safety.
