Job Description
About the role We are looking for a detail‑oriented lawn maintenance worker who prefers to work alone and takes pride in clean, thorough work. This is a solo driver position - you'll be responsible for operating equipment, servicing properties, and completing small landscape jobs with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Drive company truck and trailer to properties in Palm Coast only Operate stand‑on Scag mower safely and efficiently Weed eat, edge, and blow off all hard surfaces Spray weeds in flower beds and other designated areas Trim shrubs and small hedges to a clean, even shape Perform small landscape jobs alone when needed, including: Mulch and rock installs Installing landscape edging Other light landscape work as assigned Follow directions and job notes accurately with no arguing or drama Maintain a clean, professional appearance and take care of equipment What we're looking for Proven lawn maintenance experience (this is not entry‑level) Comfortable running a stand‑on mower, trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers Experience spraying weeds and trimming shrubs Able to complete small landscape projects by yourself (mulch, rock, edging, etc.) Detail oriented and cares about the finished product Can work independently, stay on task, and manage time without being babysat Able to take direction and feedback without arguing Reliable, on time, and has a strong work ethic Physically able to work outside all day and lift 50+ lbs Who this job is for Someone who likes working alone , staying focused, and doing the job right Someone who wants steady part‑time work 2-3 days per week at 22/hr, with potential for more based on performance If this sounds like you, apply with a brief description of your lawn care experience and the equipment you've used.
