This is not a dead-end mowing job. We're building something long-term, and we want people who want to grow with us. Great team members can move into leadership, specialty work, route ownership, operations, and higher pay over time. Experience? Cool, but not required. We care way more about attitude than experience. Seriously. We would rather train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and good personality than hire an expert who is miserable to work with. You'll probably do great here if you: Actually care about doing a good job Are pleasant to be around Show up on time Can stay focused without someone babysitting you Like working hard and seeing results at the end of the day Random pattern we've noticed: People into outdoor or active hobbies tend to crush it here. Rock climbing. Hiking. Surfing. Skateboarding. Fishing. Gym people. Trail runners. Mountain bikers. Whatever. If you naturally like moving, being outside, and doing hard things, this job tends to click. Bonus points if heights don't bother you.
