Job Description

Lawn Care Technician Not a dead-end job. Not for everyone. We're hiring a Lawn Care Technician — but before you apply, this is the part where we're brutally honest: This job can be awesome. It can also be hard. If you want to work outside, stay active, be trusted to work independently, and join a company that's growing fast with real opportunity to move up, keep reading. If you hate sweating, getting dirty, or working hard… you'll probably hate this. Who we are We're growing fast and building a team of solid people who customers genuinely enjoy having around. This is not a dead-end mowing job. We're building something long-term, and we want people who want to grow with us. Great team members can move into leadership, specialty work, route ownership, operations, and higher pay over time. Experience? Cool, but not required. We care way more about attitude than experience. Seriously. We would rather train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and good personality than hire an expert who is miserable to work with. You'll probably do great here if you: Actually care about doing a good job Are pleasant to be around Show up on time Can stay focused without someone babysitting you Like working hard and seeing results at the end of the day Random pattern we've noticed: People into outdoor or active hobbies tend to crush it here. Rock climbing. Hiking. Surfing. Skateboarding. Fishing. Gym people. Trail runners. Mountain bikers. Whatever. If you naturally like moving, being outside, and doing hard things, this job tends to click. Bonus points if heights don't bother you.
The hard part:
This is Florida.
That means:
Heat Rain Long days sometimes Bugs Snakes occasionally Mud Dog poop (we wish this wasn't true) It's physical work. You'll be tired. But if you hate sitting inside and like earning your paycheck, it can be incredibly rewarding. What makes us different? We trust people. Our goal is for great team members to eventually have their own route and work independently.
That means:
Freedom Less micromanagement Real responsibility But it also means you need to be someone who can stay focused and productive on your own. You will be supported by our leadership, but we're not interested in hovering over people all day. Pay & Growth We have a performance culture. . The harder you work, the more valuable you become, the more opportunities open up. We reward people who hustle, care, and consistently show up. Before You Apply (important) To help us find people who actually read this and are genuinely interested, please answer this one question when you apply: Briefly describe an outdoor hobby of yours (or something active you enjoy doing). No wrong answer here — we just want to get to know you a little better. If you read this far, there's a good chance you might actually be a fit.
Pay:
