Lawn Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated, and reliable individual to join our team as a Lawn Care and Landscape Maintenance Specialist. As a key team member, you will often work independently, managing your own route while maintaining lawns year-round and assisting with landscape, irrigation, and seasonal services as needed. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays productive without supervision, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Perform weekly lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing clippings, and more Assist with landscape work including sod installation and plant bed maintenance Support irrigation repairs and installations as needed Participate in seasonal Christmas light installations Manage battery rotation and basic equipment maintenance Drive between client locations, ensuring timely and efficient service Uphold safety standards and strong attention to detail in all tasks Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay on task Ability to lift at least 75 lbs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn multiple services (lawn, landscape, irrigation, lighting) Experience in landscape maintenance preferred but not required
