  • 33 per hour (based on experience & licensing) Incentivized higher pay for licensed L&O professionals Job Overview We're hiring a Senior Turf Specialist with strong lawn and ornamental experience .
This position is for a proven professional who can diagnose turf and plant issues, apply treatments correctly, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity. What You'll Do Perform lawn and ornamental treatments (fertilization, weed, insect, and disease control) Diagnose turf and plant health issues and apply effective solutions Apply products safely and in compliance with all regulations Communicate clearly with customers regarding services and expectations Maintain accurate service records, equipment, and vehicles What We're Looking For 5+ years of lawn and ornamental experience preferred Strong turfgrass and ornamental plant knowledge Ability to operate and calibrate spray and spreader equipment Lawn & Ornamental (L&O) license a strong plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Our Core Values
