Lawn Care Technician

G&G Home Lawns LLC is a rapidly growing residential lawn care company serving St. Augustine, World Golf Village, TrailMark, Reverie, SilverLeaf, and surrounding communities. Over the past several months, our growth has exceeded expectations because of our commitment to quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking a dependable Lawn Care Technician to join our team. Initially, you will work directly alongside ownership as we continue to grow and refine our operations. Our long-term goal is to build a dedicated two-person crew that shares our commitment to excellence and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and understands the importance of reliability and professionalism. Responsibilities Operate commercial lawn care equipment safely and efficiently Perform mowing, string trimming, edging, weeding mulch beds, and debris blowing services Assist with hedge and shrub trimming as needed Maintain a high level of attention to detail on every property Ensure equipment and trailers remain clean and organized Interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners when necessary Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Requirements Prior experience operating commercial gas-powered lawn care equipment is required Experience with:

String Trimmers Edgers Backpack Blowers Commercial Walk-Behind Mowers Must Haves:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual References required Ability to pass a background check What We're Looking For We're not necessarily looking for someone with the most years of experience.
