Job Description
Job Summary We have a new satellite branch in Spring Hill and looking for a new lawn spraying technician. If you take pride in your work, want to lead a small team, and are looking for a career path (not just a job), this is your opportunity. What You'll Do Perform lawn care, pest control, and mosquito treatments across residential and commercial properties Keep accurate service notes on each property after every visit Conduct quality checks to verify treatment effectiveness and customer satisfaction Communicate with customers professionally—answer questions, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services Keep equipment in good working order and report maintenance needs promptly What We're Looking For Experience in lawn care, pest control Strong communication skills for both team leadership and customer interaction Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your day without constant oversight Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Company phone provided Gas card for work vehicle Production bonus based on performance Paid time off Training provided —no pesticide license or specialized equipment experience required to start Growth opportunity —prove yourself and grow with us as the branch expands
