This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge of lawn care, farming, and pest management to ensure optimal plant growth and protection. You'll be responsible for delivering expert advice, applying fertilizers and pest control solutions, and supporting clients in achieving lush, healthy outdoor spaces. Your enthusiasm for agriculture, landscaping, and sustainable practices will help foster vibrant environments that flourish. Duties Assess client needs and recommend appropriate fertilizer and pest control treatments tailored to specific landscapes or crops Safely apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other pest control products using hand tools, power tools, or farm machinery Conduct regular inspections of lawns, gardens, farms, or landscaped areas to identify pest issues or nutrient deficiencies Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools efficiently and safely during treatment applications Educate clients on best practices for lawn care, pest prevention, and sustainable farming techniques Keep detailed records of treatments applied, products used, and environmental conditions for compliance and reporting purposes Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service within the agriculture or landscaping industry is preferred Strong knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care practices, farming techniques, and land management Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and driving vehicles safely and effectively Familiarity with the use of pesticides, fertilizers, herbicides, and related safety procedures Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies as needed Excellent communication skills to educate clients and collaborate with team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating farm equipment is a plus Join us in cultivating healthier landscapes!
