What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience:
At least 2 years in Lawn & Ornamental; pest control experience preferred.
Driving Record:
A clean driving record is required.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly. Commitment to

Willingness to perform tasks related to the business as needed.
Independence:
Strong self-starter who can take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities :
Inspect HOA/COA turf, ornamental beds, and common areas to identify pest activity, disease pressure, weed encroachment, and nutrient deficiencies. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pest control products in accordance with label requirements and community treatment plans. Log services accurately in FieldRoutes, including products, rates, and field observations. Maintain application equipment — ride-on spreader/sprayers, backpack and hand-pump units — safely and in good working order. Coordinate with supervisors and fellow technicians to execute treatment schedules across large, multi-zone properties.

Compensation:
