What You'll Do Mow, edge, and trim lawns Operate commercial lawn equipment safely Blow off sidewalks, driveways, and patios Trim hedges and shrubs Assist with landscape installations and cleanups Load and unload equipment Help maintain a clean, organized truck and trailer Deliver excellent customer service at every property What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work outdoors in Florida heat Able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license preferred Lawn care experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Punctual and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid training Opportunity for advancement into Crew Leader positions Supportive team environment Consistent, year-round work Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional Saturday during peak season If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and want to build a career with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
