We operate on a 4 day work schedule and pay is salary based. Responsibilities Safely operate spray equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and application machinery, to apply lawn care products accurately and efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections of landscapes to identify pest issues, weed growth, or other landscape concerns requiring treatment. Follow detailed instructions for applying fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations. Maintain clean and well-functioning equipment through regular cleaning and basic troubleshooting and repairs. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws. Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans and answer questions about lawn care services. Keep detailed records of treatments performed, product usage, and service notes for each property.

Experience desired but not necessary:

Prior experience in customer service is a plus. Knowledge of pest control, landscaping and maintenance is also a plus. Hands-on experience with Perma-Greens and other various pest control equipment is preferred. Familiarity with safety procedures related to the handling and storage of chemicals is preferred.

Requirements:

We are a drug, smoke and vape free company. Must maintain a valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years. Reliable transportation and punctuality is necessary for keeping schedules and ensuring daily routes are completed within a reasonable time.
