Job Description

Stable Attendant Do you have a passion for working with horses? Do you enjoy working outside? If so, a Stable Attendant at Central Georgia Equine Services, Inc. may be the position for you!
Specific responsibilities include:
Daily care of equine patients (horses) including feeding, turnout and grooming. Cleaning stalls, grounds and all necessary supplies and equipment May clean tack and facilities as needed Inspecting horses for disease, illness, and injury and reporting to the veterinarian This is a part time position with flexible scheduling. AM shifts begin at 7am, PM shifts begin at 4pm. Some weekend and holiday work is required. Skills/Requirements Previous experience with horses Valid driver's license Able to lift at least 50lbs Being able to stand and walk with a horse Being able to demonstrate a concern for and an understanding of horses • Good communication, customer service and basic math skills. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
