Part-Time Lawn Maintenance Technician Ultimate Lawn & Snow Clinton, IA / Fulton, IL Area $24-$26 per hour (1099 Independent Contractor) Approximately 20 hours per week | Seasonal (April-October) Ultimate Lawn & Snow is looking for a dependable, experienced lawn maintenance professional who can safely and efficiently manage a commercial mowing route with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone who can quickly take ownership of their own route and represent our company professionally. Requirements 5+ years of commercial riding mower (zero-turn) experience

Must be able to safely operate a Chevy 2500 pickup truck with a commercial trailer Must be able to independently run your own commercial mowing route within approximately two weeks Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed) Employment is contingent upon verified experience, references, and an acceptable driving record Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Responsibilities Operate commercial zero-turn mowers String trim and edge commercial properties Safely tow equipment trailers between job sites Perform daily equipment inspections Maintain professional-quality work on every property Follow all company safety procedures Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week Two 10-hour workdays per week Days are flexible, but applicants must be available to consistently work two full 10-hour shifts each week.
