Responsibilities:

Assist in building and installing ponds, waterfalls, and water features Follow company and industry procedures and safety standards Perform basic maintenance and service tasks when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful job site Accurately report hours worked Support customer satisfaction on-site by being professional and attentive

Additional Duties May Include:

Routine vehicle and equipment maintenance Delivery of materials and products General grounds upkeep Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Must be 18+ years old Valid Driver's License Ability to commute to Des Moines, IA or plan to relocate before starting Available Monday-Friday between 6 AM-6 PM (occasional weekends) Ability to lift and move heavy materials, bend, squat, and work 8-10 hour shifts Strong teamwork and communication skills Experience in landscaping, construction, or pond building a plus

Work Environment:

Outdoor, year-round work in all weather conditions Physically demanding and hands-on Team-based with use of tools, equipment, and machines

Schedule:
