We are looking for a dependable technician who can work independently, manage a daily route, and take pride in producing healthy, high-quality lawns.

Required Qualifications Applicants must have:

Current Iowa 3T/3OT Pesticide Applicator License Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Availability and willingness to participate in snow removal operations during the winter snow season Responsibilities Apply granular and liquid fertilizers and weed control products Identify weeds, turf problems, disease, and insect activity Properly mix, load, handle, and apply lawn care products Follow product labels, application rates, and safety requirements Maintain accurate application and service records Communicate lawn concerns and recommendations Maintain application equipment and company vehicles Complete daily routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards Participate in snow and ice removal operations during the winter season, including working extended or non-traditional hours when weather events require What We're Looking For We want someone who takes ownership of their route . You should notice problems before the customer has to point them out, maintain your equipment, communicate concerns, and consistently deliver professional results. Dependability is critical. This position requires someone who shows up when scheduled and understands that snow removal requires flexibility and availability based on weather conditions.
