Equipment Detail Specialist Position Specifics Department:
Service Reports to: Service Manager / Store Manager Purpose Perform all aspects of equipment washing and detailing duties. Manage duties and meet scheduling requirements as directed by Service Manager and Location Manager. Assist Service and Parts Department as needed with tasks such as inventory and delivery of residential lawn equipment and store-to-store transfers of equipment and parts. Responsibilities Perform all washing and detailing on incoming customer and company owned equipment. Keep facilities and wash bay work area organized and clean. Performs any maintenance to the building as instructed. Lawn Mowing and snow removal as necessary. Assisting in transporting service trucks, trailers, potentially customer equipment to and from KCN. Assist in tagging and receiving in both customers and KCN equipment. Performs shop equipment maintenance as needed. Occasionally help with inventory of parts and equipment on the lot. Assist in delivering and unloading of freight when needed. All other duties assigned by Management.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. Ability to climb and work in hot, cold, wet, and slippery conditions. Computer experience is preferred . Great customer service skills. Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned. Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures. Back To Listings
