Position Overview:
Spray Season March-October (lawn) RADIX is looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fertilizer treatments, weed and grub control, insecticide treatments, and aeration services to our customers. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships by answering questions and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Perform fertilizer treatments, weed and pest control, and aeration and seeding services on customer properties. Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure satisfaction with services. Accurately document treatments and maintain service schedules. Safely operate and maintain equipment used for lawn care treatments. Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Lawn care experience preferred but not required—training will be provided. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Willingness to get licensed.
