Full Job Description About RADIX:

Position Overview:

Spray Season March-October RADIX is looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fertilizer treatments, weed and grub control, insecticide treatments, and aeration services to our customers. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships by answering questions and ensuring satisfaction. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for lawn care or pest control, we encourage you to apply! This is for a part time position, with weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Perform fertilizer treatments, weed and pest control, and aeration and seeding services on customer properties. Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure satisfaction with services. Accurately document treatments and maintain service schedules. Safely operate and maintain equipment used for lawn care treatments. Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Lawn care experience preferred but not required—training will be provided. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Willingness to get licensed. Can work Fridays and Saturdays. Part time.
