We deliver high-quality lawn care, spray, and outdoor services with a strong commitment to quality and customer service. We are expanding our spray division to continue fueling our growth. Position Overview We are seeking a Spray Applicator / Lawn & Tree Technician whose primary responsibility is to provide high-quality lawn, tree, shrub, and pest control applications for residential and commercial properties.
This role is all about:
Delivering high-quality treatment services Building trust with our clients Maintaining route efficiency Protecting and enhancing customer properties What Youll Do Apply fertilizer, weed control, herbicides, pesticides, and other approved treatments Perform lawn, tree, and shrub applications on residential and commercial properties Identify weeds, pests, diseases, and turf issues Operate spray trucks, tanks, backpack sprayers, and spreader equipment Complete daily routes efficiently and safely Communicate professionally with customers on-site Maintain clean and organized spray equipment and vehicles Follow all state and company safety procedures What Were Looking For Experience in lawn care, spray application, landscaping, or pest control preferred Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain or currently hold an Idaho applicator license.
