This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role. The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance into an Operations Manager position with increased responsibility, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing as the company continues to grow. What You'll Do Mow, trim, edge, and blow residential properties Maintain a high standard of quality on every property Communicate professionally with customers when needed Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Keep equipment, trailer, and work areas clean and organized Learn our systems and operating procedures Help improve efficiency and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic Takes ownership without needing constant supervision Professional attitude Attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to lift 50+ pounds Lawn care experience is a plus, but character, reliability, and accountability are more important than experience. Compensation $22-30/hour depending on experience, performance, and advancement.
