Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pesticide Applicator and become a vital part of maintaining healthy, pest-free environments across agricultural, landscaping, and lawn care settings. In this energetic role, you'll apply pesticides and other treatments safely and efficiently to protect crops, landscapes, and properties. Your expertise will help ensure optimal results while adhering to all safety regulations and environmental standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and machinery, and make a tangible impact on the health and beauty of outdoor spaces. Duties Safely operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to apply pesticides and treatments accurately. Conduct pest control procedures on various properties, including farms, lawns, gardens, and landscapes. Prepare and mix chemical solutions following strict safety guidelines and label instructions. Inspect areas for pest activity or damage, identify pests or weeds, and determine appropriate treatment methods. Maintain detailed records of applications, treatments performed, and safety checks in compliance with regulatory standards. Drive company vehicles to different job sites while ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with clients or team members to assess needs, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Mowing, trimming, landscaping. Requirements Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly preferred. Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and safety procedures. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment confidently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus. Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks regularly. Excellent attention to detail for precise application and recordkeeping. Certification or licensing as required by local or state regulations for pesticide application is mandatory for entry-level roles; training will be provided if needed.
