Morton, IL Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Paid time off On-the-job training Qualifications In-person customer service Driver's License Full Job Description Job Description This position is responsible for assisting the Crew Leader in daily operations including quality, training, punctuality and safety. The employee will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations. The employee will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with peers and his/her supervisor and/or boss. All employees are expected to possess a friendly, customer service mindset and conduct themselves in a professional manor at all times. •Responsible for assisting the Crew Leader in daily operations which include the following: Perform and manage landscape installation and maintenance tasks on clients properties. Provide labor associated with the maintenance of all lawns and garden beds, including clean-outs. Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding & landscape installation. Receive "openly on the job" training safety, equipment, technique, etc. Daily preparation of trucks and equipment. Secure all equipment safely. Adherence to company's employee procedures is required from all employees Applicator and Operator State Pesticide license desired, but not required. Pay will be based on qualification and past job experience. Skills and knowledge Ability to life 25lbs + consistently throughout the day. High attention to detail - The customer doesn't see what we do, they see what we don't do. Available to work varied scheduling (including Saturdays and Sundays) in all adverse weather conditions Report on time at regular start time to prepare/review the day's work with the Crew Leader.
