Job Description

Lawn Care Operator YardKind, LLC Carmel, IN Job Details Part-time | Contract $25 - $45 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Lawn care Staff scheduling Appointment scheduling Crew management Managing grounds maintenance teams Full Job Description Most lawn care crews finish the job and leave. We don't. We remember the customer's kids' and pets' names. We notice the gate that's hard to latch and say something. We treat every property like a personal referral is riding on it. Because it is. That's not a policy at YardKind, it's just who we are. This probably isn't for you. Most people want a paycheck, a clear finish time, and a customer who stays out of the way. Nothing wrong with that, but, this isn't that. YardKind is a lawn care and landscaping brand serving Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, and Geist. We're looking for one person who already operates the way we just described and wants to build something because of it. The role starts simple. One to two days a week as a sub or part-time. You run routes, lead the crew, handle scheduling in our app (Jobber). The more you bring to the table, the faster it grows. Mowing is the foundation. Landscaping, bed work, installs, and additional licensed services open doors mowing alone can't. The right fit grows into an operator role and then a partner role with a real stake in the business. This only works if you hold yourself to a standard most crews don't and you're ready to build something with people who do the same. If that's not where you are, no problem. If it is, reply and tell me why you're not the wrong fit.
