Amazing Grass, one of NW Indiana's fastest growing lawn maintenance companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential landscape maintenance tasks to ensure the health and beauty of outdoor spaces. Your expertise in lawn care, landscaping, and equipment operation will help deliver exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform general turf maintenance using power tools and hand tools to achieve a pristine appearance Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, aerators, and snow plows safely and efficiently Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to promote healthy growth Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance or report repairs needed Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, landscaping machinery, and irrigation systems is a plus Familiarity with tree care, gardening practices, or construction projects enhances your ability to succeed in this role Ability to operate heavy machinery such as mowers or snow plows is advantageous but not mandatory Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols is essential for success in this physically active position

Pay:

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
