We service both residential and commercial clients and take pride in delivering professional, high-quality lawn and property maintenance services. This is a year-round position. During the spring, summer, and fall seasons, team members will perform lawn care and landscape maintenance services. In the winter months, responsibilities include snow removal and ice management services. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in producing quality work. Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Mow residential and commercial lawns Trim, edge, and blow off properties for a clean finish Apply lawn fertilization treatments Perform spring and fall cleanups Remove leaves and debris Assist with general landscape maintenance Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently Perform snow plowing, shoveling, and salting during winter months Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues Provide professional and courteous service to customers Follow company safety procedures at all times Qualifications & Experience Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Experience operating commercial mowing equipment preferred Snow removal experience is a plus Valid driver's license required Experience driving a truck and trailer Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail What We Offer Full-time employment Year-round work Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company
