We're growing our Fort Wayne branch and looking for a reliable, motivated technician to join our lawn care team. We treat our crew like family, invest in training and licensing, and run quality work — not volume games. What You'll Do Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial properties on a daily route Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, insects, disease, soil conditions) and recommend the right service Talk with homeowners on-site — you're the face of the company at every stop Calibrate equipment, maintain a clean truck, and complete service notes after each visit Follow Indiana OISC regulations and label-rate application practices What We're Looking For Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Indiana weather Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day Self-managed — you'll run your own route once trained Strong customer communication skills 18+ and able to pass a background check Bonus If You Have Indiana RT, 3B or 3A pesticide applicator certification — if not, we'll train you and pay for licensing Previous lawn care, landscape, golf course, or sod farm experience Background in agronomy, horticulture, or turfgrass science What We Offer Competitive hourly pay starting at $18/hr based on experience and licensing Performance bonuses Paid training and OISC licensing Company truck and equipment — no wear and tear on your vehicle Paid vacation/holidays Year-round work — no seasonal layoffs Real growth path: Technician → Senior Technician → Branch Lead Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift (typically 7:30 AM start) Occasional Saturdays during peak season (March-June) Location Fort Wayne, IN — routes throughout the greater Fort Wayne area To Apply Apply through Indeed or call our Fort Wayne office at 260-432-8900 .
