$17•$22 per hour (starting pay based on experience and skill level) About the Role We are a growing lawn care company looking for a reliable and dependable crew member who takes pride in quality work. This is an outdoor position focused on residential and light commercial lawn maintenance.Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and produce clean, straight lines with professional striping Use a string trimmer (weedeater) with speed and accuracy around beds, fences, sidewalks, and obstacles Perform edging, trimming, and basic spring cleanup / mulch preparation Follow routes efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Keep equipment clean and report any maintenance needsWhat We're Looking For:
Experience with commercial mowers and string trimmers is strongly preferred Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to mow straight lines and edge cleanly without scalping Highly reliable, dependable, and punctual — you show up on time and ready to work every day Good communication skills — you respond to messages and updates promptly No substance abuse issues Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather Ability to work well as part of a small teamWhat We Offer:
