Job Description:

Stauffer Lawn and Landscape is currently looking for a hardworking, motivated individuals that are eager and excited to join our team. We have ample opportunities for advancement and are looking for those willing to take the lead. Perform all lawn applicator activities including, but not limited to, apply lawn and tree/shrub applications to residential and commercial properties. Identify turf problems Communicate with customers identified or potential problems with turf. Ability to calculate mix ratios for chemical applications. Ability to operate machinery required to apply applications. Able to lift 50+ lbs. Apply lawn fertilizer and pesticides Apply ornamental tree and shrub fertilizer and pesticides. Drive truck and trailer. Maintain hours for continuing certification Maintain a high level of quality, efficiency and customer service. Desired Skills and Experience Valid Kansas Driver's License in good standing Pass Background Check Possess or obtain Commercial pesticide applicators license Good communication skills Turf, weed, tree and shrub knowledge Apply fertilizer and pesticides to residential and commercial properties Ability to communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Self-motivated and a quick learner Possess strong social, organizational and communication skills Experience with routing software Service AutoPilot a plus 2+ years with residential lawn applications a plus.
