Work Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Hours may vary depending on workload, season, and weather. What You'll Be Doing Our team members work on residential and commercial properties throughout the Wichita area. Work changes throughout the seasons and includes: Operating Toro GrandStand zero-turn mowers & other types of zero-turn equipment Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Shrub trimming Leaf and seasonal cleanups Installing and removing plants Mulch installation General lawn and landscape maintenance Installing, maintaining, and removing professional Christmas and holiday lighting during the winter season Working from ladders and safely installing lighting on homes and commercial properties Loading and unloading equipment and materials Cleaning and maintaining equipment Using mobile technology to track and complete jobs Communicating professionally with customers Following company procedures, systems, and safety standards Reporting to the office daily What We're Looking For 1+ year of lawn mowing or landscaping experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in summer heat and winter cold Comfortable working from ladders and at heights Able to safely operate professional lawn and landscape equipment Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Willingness to follow established systems and procedures Why Four Star Lawn Care?
