Incentivized Bonus + Commission, paid monthly As an Irrigation Service Tech, you will: Provide service to lawn sprinkler and outdoor lighting systems. Includes spring/summer/fall maintenance. Interact with customers daily, visiting their homes and businesses. Typically, 8-10 work orders per day. Identify opportunities to recommend system enhancements and upgrades to customers — your performance here directly grows your monthly commission. Strive to provide excellent customer service because 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Use Green Industry Software to plan and accurately record service appointments. Be responsible for the company vehicle, equipment, and tools that are provided. Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues in the field — this is hands-on outdoor work that includes digging and getting dirty. Position Requirements A high school diploma or GED Previous experience in the construction, trade, irrigation and/or landscaping fields are necessary A valid driver's license A working knowledge of basic landscaping and/or construction practices Strong communication skills and a comfortable, personable manner when talking with customers face-to-face Why work at Expert Irrigation?
