Compensation:

Average contractor earns ~$28 - $36 / hour Cutting Edge Lawn Care is a well-established company specializing in professional lawn maintenance services. We take pride in delivering exceptional results and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing, with precision and efficiency. Complete 5-6 yards per day, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory. Available to work full-time or part-time as a 1099 contractor. Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Working Hours:

Full-time or part-time positions available. Workdays start at 8:00 am and end at 2:00 pm. (Flexable) Flexible schedule based on client needs and seasonal demands.

Compensation and Benefits:

Average contractor earns +$750 per week based on 25 hours worked. Opportunities for growth within the company, including advancement to a Crew Manager position. Training provided to enhance skills and knowledge in lawn care techniques. Positive and supportive work environment.
