This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in various environments, applying your skills in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. As a key contributor, you'll ensure lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas are meticulously cared for, promoting aesthetic appeal and environmental health. Your hands-on work will directly impact the beauty and safety of outdoor spaces, making each day rewarding and energetic. Duties Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, power tools, and irrigation systems to maintain lawns and landscaped areas. Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to ensure neat and healthy plant growth. Identify various plants, shrubs, and trees to provide appropriate care and maintenance. Conduct landscape upkeep tasks such as planting, mulching, aerating soil, and installing new landscaping features. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, power tools. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is essential. Familiarity with safety protocols related to landscaping equipment operation and pesticide application. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep tasks.
