As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll help customers achieve healthy, beautiful lawns while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Applying fertilizer and weed control treatments safely and professionally Inspecting lawns and identifying turf issues Educating customers on lawn health and treatment recommendations Building positive relationships with customers during service visits Operating application equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining accurate service records Participating in ongoing training to expand your skills No Experience? We'll Train You! Previous lawn care experience is helpful but not required . If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn, we'll provide paid training to help you build a successful career. Qualifications At least 19 years of age High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug and alcohol screening, background check, and motor vehicle record review Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or other outdoor service industries is a plus—but not required. $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
