Field Specialist (Lawn care - No Mowing.) High Performance. No Mowing:
This is a technical role. You operate advanced equipment and manage turf health, not a zero-turn mower.

Competitive Pay:
$800 - $1,200 per week starting (based on experience and performance).

Full uniforms provided. What You'll Be Doing Managing a dedicated route across Springfield, Longmeadow, Westfield, Agawam and more! Applying professional-grade fertilizers and weed control products. Diagnosing turf issues (weeds, disease, pests) and communicating solutions to homeowners. Maintaining an immaculate truck and equipment (

High school/college sports, military, or a history of disciplined physical work.

Requirements:
Must have a Clean/ Valid Driver's License for at least 3.5 years. You Must be licensed as a pesticide applicator as well to be considered at this time. Our Core Values See it, Say it, Do it: Take ownership. If it's broken, fix it.
