Job Description

Good Blessings Lawn Care is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This position focuses on lawn mowing and basic landscape maintenance for residential properties in the Bethesda area. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, shows up on time, and represents our company professionally, and also wants to be paid based on performance! Responsibilities Mow lawns Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping Blow grass clippings from hard surfaces after service Load and unload lawn equipment and materials Follow safety procedures at all times Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Communicate respectfully with customers and team members Perform additional lawn care tasks as assigned (seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, etc.) Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Reliable transportation to the work site or company meeting location (Driver's License) Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred.
