Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn and Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care and landscape maintenance, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained. This position involves working with various hand tools and equipment to perform essential lawn care tasks, including irrigation, tree trimming, and garden upkeep. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care services, including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control. Maintain landscape features by trimming shrubs, hedges, and trees to promote healthy growth. Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment effectively to ensure optimal performance. Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed to maintain moisture levels for plant health. Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues or areas needing attention. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge for the maintenance of equipment is a plus. Experience in tree care and trimming is beneficial for this role. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial for success in this position.
