About Us GroundTech Property Maintenance provides professional lawn, landscape, and exterior property care services, including lawn mowing, seasonal cleanups, mulch installation, hedge trimming, power washing, deck and fence staining, driveway sealcoating, concrete repair, and snow removal. We take pride in helping residential and commercial properties look their best year-round. Position Overview We're looking for an experienced, reliable Landscape Laborer to join our crew. This role involves hands-on outdoor work supporting our lawn care and exterior property maintenance services. Candidates should already be comfortable operating landscaping equipment and working efficiently on a crew with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn mowing, edging, and trimming Assist with spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal and debris clearing Install mulch and maintain landscape beds Trim bushes, hedges, and shrubs with precision Assist with sprinkler system winterization Support exterior services such as power washing, deck/fence staining, and driveway sealcoating Help with snow removal during winter months Operate and maintain lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.) safely and efficiently Load/unload equipment and materials from trucks and trailers Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with clients Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of landscaping or lawn care experience required Familiarity with operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Knowledge of proper mulch, trimming, and cleanup techniques a plus
