Full Job Description Lawn Care & Gardening Technician Pay:

Starting at $20.00 per hour (Higher starting wage available based on experience.) Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes? We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Lawn Care & Gardening Technician . This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow your skills, cross-train in other departments, and work year-round. What You'll Do As a Lawn Care & Gardening Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties by: Mowing residential and commercial lawns using professional equipment. Trimming and edging lawns for a clean, finished appearance. Pruning shrubs and cutting back perennials using proper horticultural practices. Planting, weeding, mulching, and maintaining landscape beds. Assisting with seasonal landscape installations and property cleanups. Operating lawn and landscape equipment safely and efficiently. Maintaining clean, professional job sites. Communicating professionally with customers when needed. Following all company safety policies and procedures. Assisting with other landscape and property maintenance duties as assigned. Schedule Summer Hours (Peak Season):

Monday-Thursday:

7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Occasional Fridays as needed. Work hours may vary during the fall, winter, and spring depending on seasonal workloads and weather conditions. Cross-Training & Winter Work We value employees who are eager to learn and grow. Team members may have opportunities to cross-train in other departments throughout the year.

Winter opportunities may include:

Snow plow driver Sidewalk shoveling crew member or crew leader Other seasonal property maintenance duties Qualifications Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to walk, bend, kneel, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day. Able to safely operate commercial lawn mowing and landscaping equipment or willing to learn. Previous lawn care, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture experience is a plus but not required. Experience mowing residential and commercial properties, pruning shrubs, and maintaining perennial gardens is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license.
